  • Hi! I'm Erica, I founded the Flab to Fab Program. I know how it feels to tackle shedding those struggle areas - I was also at one point struggling with shedding problem areas before and after having my children and while being extremely busy with a full time job.
     

  • I was constantly doing cardio. Assumed and thought I ate the right foods and did the right workouts to achieve my goal. But come to find out I was doing things the wrong way like so many other people and doing these “fad diets” and ended up back to square one. I didn’t get anywhere. 
     

  • I have researched for several years on nutrition and also workouts that target struggle areas . How to lose body fat , lean out  tone up that midsection while building muscle at the same time.
     

  • I have helped so many people both men and women not only to look good but to also feel good about the “New them”  and live a healthy life  while still enjoying the foods you like to eat.
     

  • So, I put together a program to help achieve your goals just for you!

HOW IT WORKS

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your problem areas and roadblocks. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

 

STEP 1:Vision for the Future:

How you will see yourself in the future. Understanding the steps to reach that goal, Food assessment tracking what your eating. Understanding clearly so you can achieve your goal. 


STEP 2: Nutrition 

Understanding foods that will help you reach your goal based on body type.
 

Learning why and how Water hydration is important in reaching your goals.
 

Meal prepping everything you love but learning how to portion size those meals to maximize your results.

STEP 3: Movement /Strength

I provide 3 exercise phases. All exercises are                           provided by me through a professional easy to use              app where I can track and monitor your progress.                   Each phase being more challenging than the next.

Within each phase exercises are tweaked based

on our weekly accountability calls. 

 

STEP 4: Habits, Rest and Destress

Learning when & why to rest and destress so you can be be productive and maximize workouts and  overall well being. Best of learning how to weave habits rest and destress as a tool along with your workouts to make your body shed those area like a working machine

 

STEP 5: Implementation

  • How to stay focused after going through my program
     

  • How to set new goals to further your transformation
     

  • How to reset your body if you reach a plateau and are not seeing new loses
